At Kaaya Pilates Rehab Clinic, we are building a brand that integrates expert-led rehabilitation, personalized wellness, and a community of health-conscious individuals. As our Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of Kaaya across all digital platforms, driving brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. You’ll play a key role in positioning Kaaya as a leader in preventive healthcare, recovery, and wellness, helping us grow into a multi-location franchise that transforms health for communities.

What You’ll Do:​

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and LINE. Align all content with Kaaya’s mission of recovery, strength, and wellness.
  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Create compelling and educational content that resonates with our audience, focusing on Kaaya’s expertise in physiotherapy, Pilates, and preventive healthcare. Use storytelling to highlight client success stories, team expertise, and clinic updates. 
  • Engagement & Community Building: Engage with followers daily, fostering a community of health-conscious individuals who look to Kaaya for inspiration, recovery tips, and wellness education. Encourage two-way conversations and respond to comments, questions, and direct messages. 
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights into what works, what doesn’t, and why. Continuously optimize content to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of social media campaigns around clinic services, new programs, events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate on Cross-Channel Content: Work closely with the content team to produce high-quality content for social media, including short-form video for TikTok and Instagram Reels, as well as longer-form content for Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Brand & Visual Consistency: Ensure that all social media content aligns with Kaaya’s brand identity, visual guidelines, and core values of integrity, empathy, and service excellence.
  • Events & Partnerships: Promote clinic-hosted events and collaborate with partner brands to raise awareness. Engage local communities and increase foot traffic to the clinic.
  • Stay on Trend: Keep up with social media trends and platform updates to ensure Kaaya is at the forefront of industry standards and digital innovation. Adapt to platform algorithm changes and new content features to maximize performance.
  • Crisis Management: Handle any potential negative feedback or issues that arise on social media with professionalism and empathy, working with clinic management to ensure timely and appropriate responses.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-5 years of social media management experience, ideally within health, wellness, or related fields. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and community building.
  • Creative Storyteller: Ability to craft compelling narratives around healthcare, fitness, and client success, making Kaaya stand out as a trusted resource in wellness and recovery. 
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: Proficient in using social media analytics tools to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools, social media management platforms, and video/photo editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). 
  • Engaging & Empathetic: Ability to connect with our audience through thoughtful content, with a strong focus on customer engagement and community growth. 
  • Growth-Oriented: Willing to learn and evolve as part of a fast-growing clinic with aspirations to expand into a multi-location franchise. 
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple social media platforms, content schedules, and campaigns without missing a beat. 
  • Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with doctors, physiotherapists, performance trainers, and marketing teams to bring Kaaya’s vision to life across digital channels.
