Kaaya Pilates Rehab Clinic is dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health, strength, and recovery. As a Performance Trainer, you will be a vital part of our team, focusing on personalized fitness programs that support rehabilitation and performance enhancement. You’ll work closely with physiotherapists and doctors to ensure clients are improving their overall fitness, preventing injury, and maintaining their wellness journey. What You’ll Do:​

  • Personalized Training Programs: Design and deliver individualized performance training programs that align with each client’s fitness goals, rehabilitation needs, and overall health objectives.
  • Support Recovery & Strength: Work with clients recovering from injuries, helping them build strength, improve mobility, and regain confidence through tailored fitness routines.
  • Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Partner with our physiotherapists and doctors to create holistic training plans that complement clients’ rehabilitation programs and promote full recovery.
  • Injury Prevention & Mobility: Educate clients on techniques to prevent future injuries and maintain mobility through functional training and exercise.
  • Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track client performance and progress, continuously adapting programs to ensure steady improvement and goal attainment.
  • Group Training & Classes: Lead small group sessions in our Pilates gym, promoting overall fitness, flexibility, and core strength, while creating a supportive and motivational environment.
  • Community Engagement: Help foster a health-conscious community by participating in clinic events, workshops, and public outreach initiatives aimed at encouraging active, healthy lifestyles.
  • Client Empowerment: Educate clients on fitness, nutrition, and wellness strategies that align with their long-term health goals, both inside and outside the clinic.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience as a fitness trainer, performance coach, or similar role, with expertise in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and strength training.
  • Certified & Knowledgeable: Relevant certifications in fitness training, strength and conditioning, or related fields. A deep understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics is essential.
  • Rehab & Fitness Integration: Experience working with clients in a rehabilitation setting or alongside healthcare professionals to design fitness programs that support recovery.
  • Motivational & Empathetic: Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and empower clients of all fitness levels while showing empathy and understanding for their unique health challenges.
  • Growth-Oriented: Eager to learn, improve, and grow alongside a clinic committed to becoming a leader in rehabilitation and performance training.
  • Team Player: Able to work collaboratively with physiotherapists, Pilates instructors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, client-centered care.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable designing both individual and group training programs that cater to a wide range of fitness needs and recovery stages.
