As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and helping the clinic grow into a multi-store franchise that leads the way in personalized healthcare, recovery, and preventive wellness.

What You’ll Do:​

  • Social Media Management: Launch and manage our social media accounts (FB, IG, TikTok, LINE), building brand awareness, storytelling, and growing a follower base by creating engaging content.
  • Website Development & Recruitment: Create and manage a career-focused website, helping recruit key roles like physiotherapists, Pilates trainers, and administrative staff. Work with the management team to ensure it aligns with our brand.
  • Content Creation & Competitive Analysis: Assist in content development for the website, compare competitors, and gather menu pricing to finalize our service offerings.
  • WordPress Editing: Utilize WordPress to update the website with ready-made content and copy, ensuring an optimized and user-friendly experience.
  • CRM & Booking Integration: Integrate social media platforms with our patient CRM and booking system, enabling seamless scheduling for doctors, Pilates sessions, and staff appointments.
  • Collaborate on Social Media Content: Work with the content editor to consistently post engaging content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, LINE, and Facebook every two days.
  • SEO & Google Map Optimization: Coordinate with our outsourced SEO and Google Map optimization team to improve our search engine rankings and online presence.
  • Brand Collateral Production: Source and coordinate the production of branded materials such as T-shirts, towels, and other promotional items to boost brand visibility.
  • Graphic Design & Canva Usage: Use Canva to design digital and physical marketing materials, including product menus and visuals for mobile sites and websites.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with community malls and partner brands to organize public events that build awareness and grow a network of health-conscious individuals.
  • Job Posting & Recruitment: Manage job postings in both Thai and English on platforms such as LinkedIn and JobThai to attract top talent.
  • Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of our 2025 social media and content strategy roadmap, ensuring alignment with the clinic’s growth plans.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with doctors, physiotherapists, and management to support digital marketing initiatives that drive clinic growth and patient engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content creation, social media management, and digital tools (e.g., WordPress, CRM systems).
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital marketing platforms and tools, with an ability to use technology to enhance user experiences and streamline operations.
  • Creative & Analytical: A balance of creative flair and data-driven thinking—able to come up with fresh ideas while also analyzing performance metrics to improve outcomes.
  • Adaptable & Eager to Learn: Willing to embrace new challenges, problem-solve on the fly, and grow with a fast-moving clinic.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of experts, including doctors, content creators, and marketing professionals.
  • Community-Focused: Passionate about building a network of health-conscious individuals and contributing to the clinic’s mission of providing personalized, preventive healthcare.
